Joining the

VF-8 "Ghost Cats" Squadron

The VF-8 is Recruiting Members Interested in Flying for the VF-8 "Ghost Cats" Squadron stationed aboard the

USS Bunker Hill (CV-17) .We believe in Fair Fighting and respect for the Rules!

We fly F6F's Hellcats , F4U's Corsairs , F4F's Wildcats and F2A-2 Buffalo . We greatly enjoy the game, and want to be associated with others with same feeling. We Like the camaraderie of a squadron and are looking for skilled pilots or those who want to learn.

IF you understand and are willing to fly according to our Code of Conduct.

IF you are willing to be online a minimum of 6 hours a week.

IF you are 25 years of age or older.

IF this is a game you enjoy, and you want the camaraderie of a squadron.

IF you want to have fun yet play with respect and honor.

Recruitment Form:

When recruited you will have a meeting with the Co and Recruiting officer. They will give you a Flight Skills Test which is typically a free flight, landing, takeoff and 1 on 2 match. The Co and Recruiting Officer have the right to refuse any pilot. If you pass the test and join VF-8 Squadron you will be observed for up to 1 month to evaluate your skill level, respect for the Squadron and obeying of The Code of Conduct. Afterwards, you will be a full member of the Squadron.
